  • About Customization Services

    A Customer: Do you accept customized shower head orders?
    Us: Yes, we accept OEM, ODM and other customization models, providing one-stop service from R&D, design and sample making to mass production, fully supporting the realization of your customization needs.
    Customer: How much does it cost to customize a shower head?
    Us: The cost of customized products is expected to be 28,600-85,700 USD, with mold fees charged based on different customization requirements (such as structural complexity and additional functions). The more complex the requirements, the higher the mold cost.
    Customer: What is the lead time for customization?
    Us: The overall cycle is carried out in phases: design draft completed within 15 days, 3D prototype made in 15 days, mold opening taking 30 days, and first-order production cycle 30 days (including packaging design communication and detail confirmation). The total cycle is about 90 days, which can be adjusted according to your needs.
    Customer: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for customized products?
    Us: The MOQ for regular customized models is 1,000 units. For improved versions based on existing models, the MOQ can be negotiated down to 500 units, which can be further confirmed according to the cooperation scale.
    Customer: Can you provide samples before customization? What about the sample cost and lead time?
    Us: Yes, we can provide samples. The lead time for 3D printed samples is about 7-10 days, with a cost of 150-300USD (depending on sample complexity); the lead time for functional prototype samples is 15 days, with a cost of 300-700 USD. If mass cooperation is reached later, the sample cost can be deducted from part of the payment. 

  • About Design & Copyright

    A Customer: Who owns the design copyright and mold usage right of customized products?
    Us: If you bear the full mold cost, you will have the exclusive right to use the mold, and can independently apply for intellectual property rights such as product appearance patents. We only retain the production right based on the mold and do not participate in copyright distribution.
    Customer: Can I get exclusive sales rights for improved versions based on existing models?
    Us: Yes. If you bear the mold cost for the improvement, you will have exclusive sales rights for the improved product, and we will not supply the same improved product to third parties.
    Customer: How to divide the copyright and sales rights if we jointly develop new products?
    Us: For joint development with shared mold costs, the intellectual property rights (patents) and sales rights will be owned by both parties. We can agree on respective sales areas or channels to avoid internal competition.

  • About Products & Compliance

    Customer: What materials are available for customized shower heads? Do you support specific material requirements? 
    Us: Regular materials include ABS engineering plastic, EPDM,food-grade silicone etc. We can also customize skin-friendly or high-end materials according to your needs. For exports (such as EU and North American markets), we can prioritize materials that meet FDA and REACH certifications to ensure compliance. 
    Customer: Can customized products provide relevant certifications, such as CE and FDA? 
    Us: Yes. According to the target sales market, we can assist in handling certifications such as CE (EU), FDA (USA), and SGS (globally accepted). The certification fee can be negotiated to be included in the customization cost or calculated separately, ensuring the product passes customs smoothly. 
    Customer: Can the core performance of customized products, such as filtration effect and pressurization function, meet the standards? 
    Us: Yes. During customization, we will optimize core performance according to your needs, such as upgrading KDF filter media, expanding water-passing area to improve filtration effect, or adjusting waterway structure to enhance pressurization. We will provide performance test reports before mass production to ensure compliance

  • About After-sales & Cooperation

    Customer: What is the warranty period for customized products? How to guarantee after-sales service? 
    Us: The warranty period for customized shower heads is 3 year. Within the warranty period, non-human damage can be repaired or replaced with accessories for free. We have an exclusive after-sales team that responds within 24 hours and provides solutions within 48 hours after receiving feedback, ensuring a worry-free cooperation. 
    Customer: Can the packaging be customized, such as printing logos and designing exclusive packaging styles? 
    Us: Yes. The packaging can be customized with logos, brand information, product descriptions, etc., supporting various styles such as color boxes, neutral boxes, and eco-friendly cartons. The packaging design cycle is included in the first-order production cycle without additional time extension. 
     

  • About Cost & Alternative Solutions

    Customer: The customization cost is relatively high. Are there more economical solutions? 
    Us: Besides full cost bearing by you, we can negotiate the "joint development" model, where both parties share mold costs and R&D expenses, and then share patents and sales rights, effectively reducing unilateral financial pressure. In addition, we can prioritize partial improvements based on existing models to reduce the cost of new mold opening.
